FIME 2022
The three-day expo was a bustling event. The two-year Covid hiatus only served to bolster the energy in the expo hall and made long-delayed handshakes with customers even more rewarding. TrippNT used the occasion to launch a new addition to the Valor Crash Cart family - the small but mighty Valor Mini Crash Cart. These carts were a hit because they match the robust functionality and mobility benefit of the full-size cart to facilities doing more with less.
Lean Tour Review
Once per fiscal quarter TrippNT opens its doors to share its journey with Lean and its unique company culture. The TrippNTour for Quarter 3 took place on Thursday, August 3rd. A full cohort of twenty people joined including some from a few local companies.
Building a Better Drawer
The new drawer will eventually become universal to all our cart models - further reducing tact time as all drawer construction will be standardized.
At TrippNT, we are committed to identifying and eliminating waste so that our customers get the maximum value in their products.
Introducing Hemobilize
The human source plasma industry manufactures pharmaceutical therapies and treatments. Thousands of Americans have benefitted from the cutting-edge technology developed from plasma as treatments for all manner of maladies including bleeding disorders, immunodeficiencies, tetanus, rabies, hepatitis, and severe burns. Plasma solutions also have important roles during various surgical procedures.
How I Found 2 Second Lean
Within three months of me standing in that hotel conference room listening to the guy from Cambridge Engineering, so much of what I thought I knew that was good about TrippNT would change.
Investing in our Employee Genius- Part 2: Connection
“This investment of 15 minutes of our daily payroll has a huge return on investment. Employees feel included, engaged and uplifted.”- Jesse Teegarden, Production Manager.
Investing in Employee Genius: Part 1 - Innovation
TrippNT invests in something we call University Time. This is where the company breaks into teams and reviews issues from the previous day. The number of teams vary depending on the needs for that business quarter, however you will typically see three main breakout groups: The Kanban Team, The One-Piece-Flow Team, and The Automation Team.
